My delivery is damaged, what do I do now?

Please check directly on receipt of delivery whether your product is damaged. Usually only the packaging is affected, but the product itself is undamaged. If this is not the case, please contact our expert customer service immediately at 0118 315 0873. Please have your customer number or invoice ready so that we can quickly trace your order.

What do I do if I want to make a complaint?

Accepted Answer

We kindly ask you to send us photos so that our technical department can check the complaint and suggest a solution. We need the following photos to assess the issue:

A photo of the erected tent or alternatively a photo of the pole box with inscription.
A photo of the affected area.

After completion of the assessment, we will contact you immediately.

What should I do if I don't receive the assembly instructions?

If no assembly instructions are enclosed with your delivery or if you do not have them to hand, you can easily download your assembly instructions from our shop. You will find them on the respective product detail page.
